We have been provided with a very practical, value added Technical inputs by BCI auditors during Quality management systems audit in the stage1 and Stage2 audit. Also communication with the BCI office staff was found very prompt and focused.

At the outset I must appreciate the wonderful co-operation, the guidance, meticulous planning, the scientific approach and all the way imparting the education during discussions to all our concerned staff members. We must place on records, the success story of ours owing to ISO 9001 certification and its renewal. The continuation in our growth is achieved, attributed to the whole team of ISO 9000 auditors who helped in achieving earlier.
